After you register for the tennis event, be sure to complete the Google Form that will generate your REQUIRED QR CODE for presentation at the on-site registration desk.
If you have not filled it out, please click here. (If you have completed the Google Form on the USTA site, no need to do it again).

LEVEL 1 - Natl Mixed Champ
LEVEL 3 - State 1 Open
Alan Fleming Senior Open Clay Court State Championship
International players will receive 400 points for singles and 1000 points for mixed doubles.
Registration opens July 6, 2025.

Registration fee: $140.00 Flat fee ALLOWS 2 events
Registration DEADLINE: 09/15/2025 5:59PM.
You can combine events in the following way:
1 Gender Doubles + 1 Singles, 1 Gender Doubles + 1 Mixed, 1 Singles + 1 Mixed
